The apartment was in an excellent location, close to sites and transport and the neighbourhood had a diverse range of cafes, shops and conveniences. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The directions to the apartment were very useful. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and good value for money. However, the kitchen was slightly lacking in a few items.

It should be better if there are more towels. We found only a towel for body and one for legs. It should be better if there is a towel for hands/face.

We were very pleased with our stay here. Everything was above our expectations. This apartment provided a great place to explore the beautiful city of Budapest with easy transit connections and other sights within walking distance. We also used the airport transfer to the hotel upon our arrival in Budapest, and found it very helpful.

There was only one English channel, sky news which was a great help, especially, when this volcano ash closed all the airports. Your staff, however, were more than helpful and helped me return home in a quicker time with their professionalism. Simply, your apartments were first class compare to other countries I've visited.

The very friendly staff welcomed me and showed me the appartment, which was very clean, confortable and well located. I couldn't have done a better choice than staying at Town Hall Appartments. I certainly will stay there in my next visit to Budapest. :-D

I have stayed in Town Hall Apartments 5 times now (and also used your Krakow Apartments). The position could not be better. They are amazingly well equiped, clean and feel very secure. Your staff are so welcoming and friendly and could not be more helpful. I can't wait to return to your lovely city and your excellent apartments.

Very helpful staff! Excellent location! Very clean and nice room! Only minus was that the safe didn't work properly and there was some old coffee powder in the coffee machine which we didn't use.
